We love Dr Herr. She is there for us when we need her. Addresses all my concerns. Fantastic with my kids and me! Who knew? I feel very fortunate to have her as my kids PCP.
Dr. Herr has been the doctor for our two kids since they were very young. She has a very sweet, fun and kind demeanor. She has always been more than attentive, supportive, interested and caring. Her medical care is thorough and we trust her implicitly in providing the best possible care for our children. I would highly recommend Dr. Herr. *For those who have said she's unavailable, I would say that goes for any doctor when you try to see them urgently or soon. Our family loves Dr Herr! She has been a wonderful family doctor for us and our boys look forward to their visits with her! Best mix of professionalism with realism and humor!
She is great WHEN available. Impossible to see when your child is sick. So when your child is feeling their worst don't plan on visiting this PCP. They won't get to see a familiar face. They will just be told, we don't have any appointments for 5 months. SERIOUSLY. This is a PCP not a specialist. I used to love this Dr but they haven't helped my kids in 2 years because every time we call they can't see them.
Dr. Herr is the pediatrician for both my children, and we love her!
