The worst experience from any profession office ever!! The doctor is fine nothing special but the staff is horrendous!!! If I could give the front desk lady a rating it would be negative annoying condescending and just rude!!
Had an appointment scheduled for almost 5 months and they sent a text out to reschedule it a week before. Call to reschedule and they are rescheduling for another 4 to 5 months out. My daughter has never been here so my 1 star is not based on the doctor or staff but judging from the doctor all of a sudden not able to be in the office that day and their scheduling books this is not a doctor I want my children to go to.
I am 71 years old, and have had strabismus since a lightning strike in my teens. I begged to get in to see Dr. Krueger. She left no stone unturned! I absolutely loved her and her staff!
