My experience was excellent. The moment I walked in I felt the nice comfortable atmosphere. Then the check-in receptionist went above and beyond to help me. Her customer service was amazing. Then the young lady who took my vitals was equally nice and helpful. They all gave their names but I don’t write them down but I remember their kindness. I came to ask for Dr Pan's second opinion for my first hand surgeon's surgery preference. She clearly revealed my x-ray and MRI results and gave me her opinion and explained why. I was totally convinced by her judgment and like her much-easier way to recover my wrist fracture. Thanks her for releasing my anxiety and also save me money !
Saw Dr pan for the first time for a wrist concern. Been to other docs in the practice for other issues. Dr pan was pleasant, informative and took time with me. Highly recommend
