We worked with Erica Watry-Smedema from the Tiffany Holtz group on the purchase of our new home in Fox Crossing and the sale of our home in Pickett. I cannot say enough about Erica, Tiffany and the entire experience. Total professionals. Tiffany even got personally involved in staging the home we were selling. Both are complete hands on from start to finish. We have bought and sold many properties in our 56 years of marriage. This was by far the best service we have ever received. HIGHLY recommend!
Drove 20 minutes away to a showing. Waited 40 minutes with three kids in the car in the rain just for no one to show up. Not impressed.
Went through Tiffany Holtz’s team to sell our house and buy a new one. our agent told us we would never find the house we wanted. So we would just have to settle for what we found around. Told me the furniture she brought to my house to stage it didn’t work great so they took photos without it. And then my neighbor who stays home all day said she never tried to even bring furniture in or even have a truck come. Argued with us about everything.
