Pros: Open concept, large ceilings, fire place, garage, carpeted, large bathroom, maintenance is on site. Cons: Parking is a nightmare! They don’t enforce the two car rule. If you have a sedan longer than a Chevy impala it won’t fit whatsoever. Don’t even think about SUVs. Office management is difficult to work with. The day we moved in our fridge wasn’t cooling down.
