Bedbugs: tenant is responsible for paying to exterminate. On site manager is dating maintenance man: conflict. Police: within the past 7 days- physical fight, drugs, child protective services, molestation, and intimidation. Laundry: both units are full of change and therefore are useless. All of this is going on and people are getting fined for placing mail on top of the boxes and accidentally forgetting to get it, putting garbage bags on the ground because bins are so full, and only picking and choosing who gets parking vio... read more

Very clean. Wide hall and door ways. Perfect for our daughter who is in a wheelchair.
I have a relative who lives in Jackson Square Apartments. Their apartment is infested with fleas. They have an INDOOR cat who only goes outdoors in a cat carrier to the vet once a year. The property manager told them that management is not responsible for paying for an exterminator to fumigate the apartments, but that my relative would need to hire one even though the fleas were brought in by neighboring apartments. I would not rent an apartment here unless you enjoy having bugs.
