For a good layout bad greenskeeping...been that way for a while now.
Staff is great and love that they still announce who is next on #1 tee over speaker. Course layout is amazing but not too challenging off of the tee. A lot of water which is very cool! I like the idea of reducing bunker size, which will speed play some. Condition was good! I would recommend bringing in white sand like Sycamore ridge did if budget allows. Existing sand is somewhat dense. Overall, this is my favorite course in KC, wish I lived closer!!

I used to be a member here and loved the course. I couldn't get a tee time at Shoal so I thought I would treat myself to a round at Tiffany. All I can say is it was sad to see what's going on with the course. They obviously have cut back maintenance. Reducing bunkers the way they have is done for one reason, reduce cost. Only the flat parts are maintained and the rest is weeds. Fairways and greens were not being watered. Little things like a mirror by the tunnel being broke also shows the budget isn't there. Rob - First I do want to thank you for coming out to our course, and I do apologize that a starter or golf staff did not go over our course renovations and conditions with you. I would like you to know that Tiffany Greens is doing well and spending plenty of time, man hours, and money on our course. We have chosen to shrink the bunkers to make them more playable and consistent. Sand walls tend to erode after every rain and can take a full week to get back to playable.
