I don’t think I’ve ever written a poor review about a doctor as I have the utmost respect for the field and my immediate and extended family are doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Chris Smith. He was the only doctor to correctly diagnose my condition. I had eight other doctors, one from Stanford, who had no idea what was going on. Dr. Smith is awesome!!
Please train your receptionist to not be a loser. When a patient’s critical prescription runs low and we phone nicely to get an appt. to get it refilled, the proper response should never be, “Look we can’t see you and that’s your problem.”
