So an elderly client of mine had been a more or less regular here, getting trims and perms over the years, because she was cheap. After her long hair was becoming a pain my lady made an appointment to see Tiffany for her usual trim and perm. She had complications because Tiffany's crusty, low grade equipment (chair she had to sit in to wash her hair) wasn't able to accommodate older people.
