Absolutely disappointing and appalling service. Had my ring “repaired” in march… come to find out the work they charged me for was never done, and then tried to charge for the service again because they conveniently never logged it on my profile….. I will NEVER purchase Tiffany again and I wouldn’t trusted this shop for repairs
I had wonderful experience at this location with Kurtis, my advisor. Kurtis greeted us with smile and found what we were exactly looking for. He had extensive knowledge and explained thoroughly. Highly recommend Kurtis! Me and my partner are both happy with our new rings.
Customer service is bad
A wonderful experience indeed! Kurtis, our sales rep, greeted us with a big, friendly smile and immediately had welcoming drinks for us. He took the time to show us different collections of engagements rings while asking me and my fiancée questions. He genuinely wanted to get to know us and that made us feel like a million bucks! terrible polishing Dropped off my pendant for a polish and cleaning. They charged $20 and after receiving it “cleaned” it was in the exact same faded shape I dropped off originally. I even asked them to make sure if they polished it, as I was very disappointed with the results, and they said yes. I then cleaned it after on my own with a cotton pad and some toothpaste, and I was shocked to find black stains and dirt coming off of the pendant onto the pad.
