Got some sexy new silver teardrop cufflinks recently here and I just love them, I also bought a nice belt buckle and every once in a while if I want to bring a smile to my face, I just polish them up. Nice building, good service, and when I was testing a money clip at the store I accidentally bent it, and gave it back to the lady and then told her I was sorry and she didn’t even seem to care.
A broken bracelet clasp 3x in a row cost us 1/2 the price of the bracelet to repair the issue each time. It has broken 3x within 3 years - and this is not acceptable “wear and tear”. Not to mention the terrible service at the store. LVMH has ruined this brand. We won’t likely be buying Tiffany again. There are other brands we can get better quality and service from.
I am very disappointed with the brand. I purchased a Christmas gift because the website literally promised it would arrive on Wednesday, December 23rd—perfect timing for Christmas. The package never arrived, and Christmas passed three days ago. But the worst part is that when trying to contact someone to resolve the issue, no one responds—only stupid automated messages. This is not luxury. This is not how a luxury brand behaves. Even Walmart has better logistics and customer service than Tiffany. A total disappointment.
This location tried to charge us to clean our Tiffany store bought jewelry. We have bought tons of Tiffany jewellery and had it cleaned and serviced at lots of locations around Canada and never had this ever including at this SAME location last time.
