Premium pricing but my bracelet broke on the first day I wore it and now the “fixing” costs $100.
It’s not in my habit to leave negative reviews on Google, but the service with Peter was terrible — borderline contemptuous. I was about to buy a $500 bracelet for my girlfriend, and I had to ask him to even show me the product. At LVMH, they teach you to serve every client the same way, whether they spend $500 or $20,000. When it came time to pay, he decided to walk around and chat with other customers, leaving me waiting at the counter. I left the store. Unacceptable.
Worst staff and customer service. Two of the staff are unpleasant and judgemental. The heart from my bracelet fell off after 5 months and they said it would cost 100$ to repair. I went to another Tiffany and they repaired it for free. I don’t recommend this Tiffany.
Excellent pour vendre les bijoux. Aucun service après vente par contre. Coût demandé pour le petit anneau en argent qui relie le cœur à l’anneau soudé sur la bille du bracelet : 100 $, soit le 1/4 du prix du bracelet (le cœur n’est pas perdu. On parle juste du petit anneau en argent). 🤔 Le vendeur offre de remplacer avec un deuxième cœur pour le même prix! Nous avons le cœur, en parfait état. Le bracelet a un an! On a seulement besoin d’une réparation. Bref, joli bijou. Mauvais service.
I had a wonderful experience at Tiffany's! Ludovic's service was warm, personalized, and had a particular attention to details. Truly a 10/10!
