This establishment is a quintessential Tiffany Store, conveniently situated within The Shops at Hudson Yards. We visited while shopping at The Shops. The store is exquisite, featuring an excellent assortment of jewelry and designer items. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
Staff is useless and not helpful, I came in to ask for a repair and she just told me to book it online, like she wanted me to leave the store. Why is she there if she cannot even book an appointment for a client while I am there in person?
Very surprising and disappointing experience. Went in for a repair without booking an appointment (was told at landmark location that if we didn't mind waiting that we could just drop in and that the Hudson yards location was slower so it might be easier). The woman in charge at Hudson yards was entirely dismissive and flatly said we were given wrong information (for what it's worth, the landmark crew went above and beyond), wouldn't tell us when another appointment was open (we were the ONLY people in the store) and didn't ... read more
Came in to have an item repaired and received exceptional customer service from Emma. She was friendly, attentive and provided great advise on our repair and showed us some great pieces from their wedding collection. Would definitely recommend this location.
A complaint has been made by a female employee who works in the mall. While details cannot be shared for privacy reasons, the allegations include unsolicited comments and inappropriate approaches requesting her telephone number. These behaviors are completely unacceptable in the workplace. This allegation can be substantiated, and it is strongly recommended that the security guard involved be reassigned to a different location to prevent further incidents and ensure a safe and respectful work environment.
