Poor quality. Not worth it at all. Will never return. They charge for everything. I visited the store to get my necklace cleaned, and it was slightly tangled. They told me they would charge $30 for untangling the necklace and a $20 cleaning fee. They also said that cleaning is different from polishing, so it wouldn’t be shiny if I only got it cleaned. I went in yesterday to get 2 pieces of jewelry fixed and had the most wonderful time. Rokas helped my friend and I out we got to try on beautiful engagement rings he let us try on any ring we wanted, he was so sweet gave us the best experience so knowledgable with styles, cuts and just so helpful with picking the right size/style. 0/10 customer service for what they promote. they told my friend whose < 3yr platinum Tiffany diamond engagement ring that a prong broke because she must’ve snagged it on a sweater….very disappointed in how they treated her.

Very happy with my purchase! Pretty place to shop for special occasions. Very gorgeous and sophisticated jewelry. They make you feel so special when you walk in. I went to buy a necklace and Monica showed me all the things on my wishlist and helped me pick the best one. Highly recommend her!
