Had a fantastic experience here! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was truly top-notch—everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell they really care about the quality of what they do. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot!
I brought my necklace in for a repair because the enamel chipped. I ended up needing to bring it back a second and third time since the enamel finish was really weird both times. The third time I brought my necklace in, the staff, Viktoriya & Gina, were so sweet and accommodating to me. They made sure I was 100% satisfied with the repair and I couldn’t have had a better experience despite the earlier hiccup! Poor quality. Not worth it at all. Will never return. They charge for everything. I visited the store to get my necklace cleaned, and it was slightly tangled. They told me they would charge $30 for untangling the necklace and a $20 cleaning fee. They also said that cleaning is different from polishing, so it wouldn’t be shiny if I only got it cleaned.
