I shop at this store and have a personal shopper named Luc. He is amazing at his job. I purchase all my gifts for people's weddings, new babies,birthdays etc. I can call and ask for Luc to call me back . Tell him what I want ,pay over the phone (with a link) and it is sent where I ask him to send it. His etiquette is so professional. Thank you Luc for all that you do. Merci Beaucoup.
Very beautiful sophisticated store. The staff are very pretty and very professional. It's not NY, but would love to have breakfast here.
Had a fantastic experience here! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was truly top-notch—everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell they really care about the quality of what they do. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot!
I brought my necklace in for a repair because the enamel chipped. I ended up needing to bring it back a second and third time since the enamel finish was really weird both times. The third time I brought my necklace in, the staff, Viktoriya & Gina, were so sweet and accommodating to me. They made sure I was 100% satisfied with the repair and I couldn’t have had a better experience despite the earlier hiccup!
