i’m going to preface this by saying I am a loyal tiffany customer and have alot of wonderful pieces from the company, for the first time today I went to legacy west store and Kelly the sales associate gave me the service from HELL. I went in today to get a knot out of my necklace, upon telling her my reasoning for arrival she proceeds to ask me in a very micro aggressive manner if my necklace was actually from Tiffany.
