Popped into have my jewelry cleaned which was fine HOWEVER anther customer was allowed to use the Tiffany’s jewelry counter as her fast food outlet as she sat there eating her breakfast burger dropping the avocado etc onto the counter whilst other customers were trying to look at the display! Appalling for the brand image, when I mentioned I couldn’t believe they allowed I was told it was due to having no manger, surely your staff know the brand image - becoming a fast food outlet and having no store pride completely turned ... read more
Amazing service from Priscilla. Definitely coming back and buying from her! Service is night and day from Cartier.
A very rude girl . I got today went in to get my Tiffany jewellery cleaned. Her body language was terrible. She just brushed me off . I’m a very good customer. If you look up my account. I actually was looking for a present , while waiting re clean jewellery. Never again will I buy in your shop.
Priscila customer service is very on point. We felt very welcoming. The store manager and Priscila helped us to get the size that we wanted.
Just want to put a shout out to Livia for her lovely customer service. Thank you Livia my mum and I were very impressed.
