Yesterday, we visited the largest Tiffany store in Canada and were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of service — something that is, unfortunately, quite rare to experience in our country. Elbows up! We are Canadian. Boycott US businesses
A big disappointment with poor quality combined with poor service and incredibly slow and expensive repairs for the low quality product. Will definitely not be going back and do not recommend Tiffany to anyone looking for more than a marketing gimmick with no real substance. My money will be better spent elsewhere.
I went in on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment to see if I could try on engagement rings and was warmly greeted at the door by Matteo. He was so friendly and very informative through the whole process. If you make a visit to Tiffany and Co. I definitely recommend you request Matteo!
