The store is beautiful, however the service left more to be desired. I visited this store intending to treat myself to a silver item like a ring or earrings for my birthday. But the experience left me feeling unwelcome. 5 stars for Tiffany’s on Bloor St. and a huge thank you to Vincent! From the quick response for my first appointment to the moment I walked in, the service was top-tier. Vincent was so patient and attentive, making my first visit truly memorable—so much so that I’ve already returned for my next purchase! It’s rare to find such high-level care and efficiency in one place.
We went in simply to browse wedding bands and Sandro was so attentive and patient, letting us try different sizes and styles and offering advice without any pushy/sales language. We were so impressed we ended up both choosing our wedding bands and picking out two additional rings while we were there!
