I had such a great experience at this Tiffany store! Ceci was incredibly kind and helpful. The necklace I wanted wasn’t in stock, but she went out of her way to find it and had it ready for me to pick up just a few hours later. She even sent me a thoughtful message to let me know when it was ready — such great service! All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly, which made the whole visit really enjoyable. I visited your store with my cousin on June 19, 2025 and was shocked at the way one of your sales associates conducted herself. While shopping in the store, she asked if we were looking for something in particular, we said no, just browsing. This woman followed us into every corner of that store and would not stop talking to us, and I mean NON STOP . All we wanted to do was shop in peace. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. The service that we received (rather NEVER received) was a 0/5, causing me to question if it's because of how we look (African American). 🤔 There were several available associates, but we were not rendered any service. Once entering, we were not greeted nor acknowledged. I stood at a counter, while an associate stood a mere few feet away from me and no acknowledgment.
