Dr Burns was completing clearance for surgery which was suddenly needed due to abnormal labwork. Graciously for me in her schedule, called me first with action to be taken prior to visit. Really appreciate her help and attention! She also assured I was able to explain what surgery I am having.
Dr. Burns is always attentive and takes wonderful care of me. She is always so thorough and takes a genuine interest. That is why she has been my doctor for over 15 years!.
Dr. Burns was my PCP for about 4 years. I last saw her during an office visit on 6/28/23. She ordered labs, referred me to a non-surgical weight loss program, and I left for a 10 day vacation the following day. On 6/30/23 I severely injured my foot and am having bone fusion surgery on 8/10/23. 7/17/23 I received a letter in the mail dated 7/7/23 stating Dr. Burns had dropped me as patients due to a breakdown in communication. ABSOLUTELY would recommend Dr. Burns!!! She has been my doctor for a very long time. Dr. Burns is an Angel from heaven!!! There aren’t ENOUGH words to describe her - the only words I can think of are: EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE, CARING, COMFORTING, WONDERFUL, SWEET, SMART, CONSISTANT, PERSONABLE, REMARKABLE.........I’ll say it again: She is an Angel that her patients are blessed to have. Even her office staff, nurses & partner doctors in the office, are AWESOME..TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!!! Xoxox
We love her and have been seeing her for years. She’s upfront and honest, and definitely has our best interest at hand! Couldn’t be more grateful our paths crossed!
Dr Burns must be hurting financially as she will nickel and dime your for everything! She has billed things with incorrect procedure codes in the past and will charge to write prescriptions for maintenance medications when you come in for a annual physical. She tried to charge $110 to write 4 prescriptions for asthma medications. She is abusing both insurance companies and her patients for her financial gain. No matter how good of a doctor she is, you cannot trust someone with her character.
Dr. Burns is very professional, thorough and listens and answers questions extremely well.
