Quiet and respectful neighbors. Maintenance issues addressed promptly. Building kept clean. Word of caution: annual fire alarm testing is inhumane. 10+ hours of alarms going off over a 2 day period. Not recommended for people who work from home or those who work overnights or those who own pets scared of loud noises.
Would never live at a Paramount Properties development again. I urge everyone to look elsewhere for housing. Paramount management is unbelievably bad. They knowingly broke the law, and they know they can get away with it because any legal enforcement is time-consuming and expensive for an individual. This has happened to a few people I know who have had the misfortune of living in a Paramount apartment. This company clearly has an MO. Even Sleepwell is better (even if they're not amazing), because they're managing properties... read more
