I live at the Tiffany Apartments (515 N Clarkson) and the service is frankly quite awful. I pay way more in rent than other apartment buildings in the area, and there are constant issues. The water is turned off all of the time, without notice. The laundry room always smells bad, and machines break. But worst of all they have done nothing about the increase in package deliveries.
