Great Instincts. Setting the initial asking price is vitally important to selling quickly and for the most money. Jason nailed the asking price and the house sold in 11 days for asking price. Really appreciated that as well as all of the professional advice received along the way.
Very helpful realtor. We had decided to downsize and wanted to sell our house. I knew Tiffany since we had used her before to build the house we were in. She seemed to know the right people for all kinds of jobs, from inspections, floor planning, and photographers. We planned the right time to show it and it sold in 8 days. All went fairly well.
I love these guys. I've moved dozens of time so have used, sometimes just endured, lots of realtors, so I have a good perspective here.
