NOT GOOD. We had to sell our then house to be able to buy the house they were selling to us we are currently in. A lot of demands were made to sell the old house. New roof, Beam Support and a lot of nit pick items. They allowed us to move in early before closing. Two days after moving in the central air went out. They stalled until after closing [avoiding contact, delaying schedule] then told us it was up to home warranty to cover the costs. That cost us $500.00 for deductable.
