I recently left this practice and couldn’t be happier that I did. Dr walker is wonderful but there are only 2 doctors at this practice now with hundreds of patients— so you’re lucky if you can get in to see her. It’s impossible to get an appointment when you’re having a medical issue. There’s always a month or two wait. Several times I’ve been told to just go to Urgent care. As a first-time patient, I was disappointed with the long wait. My 11:30 AM appointment didn’t start until 12:15 PM, and I was told the delay was due to being understaffed and overbooked. Dr. Walker seemed knowledgeable, but the wait was frustrating because I came in 15 minutes earlier as recommended so it was a total of 1 hour wait time. I’ll keep that in mind for next time to not have anything else scheduled.

As a first time patient here I’m very turned off by the lack of regard for one’s time. I booked an appointment for 11:30 AM. They recommend you come in 15 minutes early per the email confirmation so I was there promptly at 11:15 AM. I came in for my annual. I didn’t see the doctor until 12:15 PM. I did have other errands to tend to and did not expect this extreme wait time. When I asked the staff what’s the reason for the delay, I was told the doctor is simply running behind.
