my manicure got off to a bad start when the tech decided to argue with me over what kind of mani wanted in the first place. i told her three times that i wanted acrylic, not dip. she acted like she didn't understand me and went ahead and started a dip mani anyway. i should have gotten up and walked out the door at this point; however, this place does great pedis, so i decided to just give the dip mani a try. terrible idea. i sat there for an hour looking on in horror at what she did to my hands. she was so rough with my hand... read more

I really wanted to like this place as it is convenient and close to my job/home. I gave them a few tries with different techs, and haven’t had an experience that’s worth it. Paid $50 for a pedicure and she barely did anything to my feet and didn’t even touch my legs. Wasn’t worth the price and a week later you can see how terrible my nails look with the filing job. Will not be going back.

Awful manicure. Had to go somewhere else to fix them. It hurt, everything was uneven. Just bad. I tried my best speaking up but it did not help. No one said ty or anything... Terrible experience and I never write reviews.
