I did manage to get an appointment with her and she upsold me $300 worth of additional services that I've yet to receive a year later. I bought a chemical peel on Groupon. She never answered her phone so I scheduled via text message. I didn't received a reminder text and tried to reschedule my appointment to which she told me she is too busy and because I bought my service on Groupon its for than half off. She will not service me. Not very friendly lady AT ALL
