I’ve been seeing Katelyn for the past two years for my lips and Botox and I couldn’t be happier with my results every single time! She’s incredibly talented, attentive, and takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable during each visit. The office itself is gorgeous and so calming. I love the little touches they provide, like tea, essential oils, and hot towels. I highly recommend booking with Katelyn at Tiev!

Save your money and stay away. They trick people into coming in for Botox to only discover that they don’t carry it and they try to sell you Jeaveau which isn’t nearly as effective, but still priced like Botox. I had made the appointment far in advance, precisely early enough for a big event I had - so I wasn’t in the place to walk out of my appointment when they told me they don’t even carry Botox. I’ve been a loyal client of TIEV and initially loved the experience; however, recent visits have left me disappointed and feeling taken advantage of. During one of my recent appointments, I was told by the front desk that I had a syringe on file and could proceed with treatment. After checking out, I received a call 20 minutes later stating that the syringe wasn’t actually available, but because it was a system error, they would compensate for it.
