As a current resident why don’t you maintain the left side of the complex? The right side is beautiful and well kept while our side looks horrible. The plants are all dying, there’s dog poop everywhere and there are cockroaches either dead or alive all over. Walking at night is a nightmare because of the cockroaches. The cockroaches also climb all over the buildings and have been on our patio. We lived at this property for 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say! The staff was awesome and we enjoyed the community events and weekly food trucks on site! Shot out to the maintenance staff as well for their prompt response to our service requests. A GREAT community to live in and be a part of!

I really enjoy this apartment complex. The location is wonderful, quiet and being on the ridge gives a peaceful setting. I had some challenges with my recent move, and the staff did what they could. Beyond that, the office personnel is professional and timely in getting back to you. I found a wonderful unit and want to thank Michael, Fabian and Ancio.

I’ve only lived at Tierrasanta Ridge Apartments for a couple of months, but I’m already extremely impressed with the community and management. The entire property is beautifully maintained — there are mature trees, greenery, and flowers everywhere, which gives the complex such a peaceful and welcoming feel. The gym was recently remodeled and looks fantastic.
