I have lived here for 5 years this month. This place is amazing! Maintenance requests are handled immediately and I’ve had to place very few in the time I’ve been here! The staff, especially the Resident Manager Ancio are truly amazing people that care about the tenants. We have such fun events, from ‘Cutest Dog’ contests to Resident Appreciation Days, food trucks, and holiday themed events. I plan to update this review more after we move into Tierrasanta but I wanted to recognize Ancio and Luis for their help in touring the complex and their diligence and follow up afterwards throughout the application process. Ancio was so patient with our all questions and responsive! We are looking forward to moving in and appreciate the wonderful help thus far! Update: I just have to say a huge thank you again to Ancio & Luis for going above and beyond! As I’m moving here with no furniture, they’ve helped me to ensure my packages (arriving early ugh) stay safe until I get there. This is a lifesaver and they have been so kind about helping me. I have yet to move in, so I will update my experience then, but wanted to thank Ancio for helping me decide on an apartment. I’ve lived here for a year and a half now and Ancio, Luis and Bella are the dream team! They go above and beyond to ensure that the residents needs are met and are consistently friendly and responsive. This property is beautifully maintained by the hard working and also very friendly and efficient maintenance team. My dog enjoys her morning pats from Haciel and a weekly visit to the leasing office to get a dog biscuit. I’ve lived here since March of 2024 and I genuinely don’t have any complaints. The remodel looks nice, they are super pet friendly, maintenance comes in and out, the leasing managers are super nice, and even though I live in a first floor apartment, I don’t really hear the upstairs neighbors that much. It is on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for. My dogs love going to the dog park, and we enjoy the landscaping and views. Overall, we love it here!
