Great location because you’re right by the I-15 and the neighborhood is really nice with a lot of amenities. We’re never more than a 10 min drive from any kind of necessity. Near schools as well! The front office team is also very friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team keeps everything looking great. Overall this is a great place to live!
I have lived here over a year and i can say unequivocally that I absolutely LOVE being here. The neighborhood reminds me of the small town in which I grew up; quiet, extremely safe, attractive with amicable, kind neighbors who are respectful and considerate. Their leasing office will deny you for any reason. I spent weeks emailing with them back and forth just for them to deny an official bank statement as “fraudulent”. Complete waste of time and the leasing manager Jackie lacks professionalism. They charged me an extra $50 application fee after cancelling me when I had already paid my application fee. Even after I provided evidence of this charge, she maintained that a refund would be issued. Weeks have passed, and I still have yet to receive it. This kind of treatment is compl... read more
My puppy Chai and I moved from NYC and needed a place ASAP because the place I had originally chosen had fallen through and I needed to be next to my workplace. I quickly set up a tour here and as soon as I stepped onto Tierrasanta Ridge, I knew it was the place for us! The application process was way easier than the other place (shoutout to Nidia!!). I can’t believe that people pay so much for these apartments with no central air, not enough parking and so many restrictions that some residents don’t have to comply with.
