Not sure how this place has high ratings. The unit I viewed on a tour was disgusting.
the management was incredibly rude, the houses are not kept up well, the parking situation is absolutely horrible, and the main road is incredibly narrow which makes it hard when a delivery truck parks in the road, they take up over half the space.
Left there awhile ago. My leasing agent was incredibly hard to get a hold of. But he was super available when getting me to sign for the apartment. When we left, our apartment was charged for paint and cleaning even after we cleaned the apartment. They took basically our entire deposit for routine cleaning not normal than wear and tear.
