Jocelyn Devlin was very helpful and professional. She answered the phone whenever I called first of all, in a time when it is so hard to get a hold of a human. Also, she was patient and took the time to provide clear answers to my questions. Happy that I got to work with her.

Great customer service, good maintenance program compared to what I have seen in other installations around the area. Only concern is the toilet seat situation, and some houses having the old ones vs the new plastic ones, and the fact that the maint supervisors want to charge service members for the natural tare and wear of such items. (They should have a Blacket waiver for those).

Since moving here about 5 months ago, I’ve had the best experience with the staff at Tierra Vista. Each and every one of the staff goes above and beyond to help with any need I may have, whether it’s big or small. I would personally like to compliment Jocelyn Devlin! She has helped me with so much since moving in and responds back to emails and requests in a timely manner. Jocelyn you are amazing and thank you for all you do!
