I’ve had a great experience working with Holly Barton | Essex Sales Specialist. She’s been incredibly helpful, consistently keeping me updated on the units I’m interested in. She’s friendly, professional, and always well-prepared. I really appreciate her dedication and communication throughout the process!

I’ve lived at Tierra Vista for two years. I’ve lived in an Essex property for more than 5 years. The maintenance people are hard working folks and so are some of the managers. My experience at Tierra Vista has been a nightmare. My downstairs neighbor regularly harassed me by calling me names, pounding on my floor in the middle of the night, and throwing meat on my balcony to my dog.
