I’ve been living here for 2 years and just renewed my lease this month for another year. I recently had my car towed by Tierra vista, claiming that I didn’t not have my parking pass up. However they have my license plate on file with the year, make and model aswell… I’m very disappointed as I had to pay about 400 dollars to get my car for the tow company. I will be leaving this place after my lease is up…
The Tierra Vista crew were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to do most of the process from the other side of the country without ever even seeing face. They made things super smooth and easy, really appreciate this team.
Shawn has been incredibly helpful and professional with many personal matters that had come up with our lease and unit in the last few weeks
Jonathan Fillingham has been wonderful!! Always helpful when I've called the office & continues to follow up on any issues or questions I've had while here at Tierra Vista Apartments. I referred a friend who moved in June 2024 & both myself & my friend have sent emails, texts & made calls without success. I spoke to Jonathan for the first time about it a couple weeks ago (January 2025), & I finally see my referral credit on my rent ledger! He has been great!! A clear example of superb customer service!!!
