I’ve lived at Tierra Vista for two years. I’ve lived in an Essex property for more than 5 years. The maintenance people are hard working folks and so are some of the managers. My experience at Tierra Vista has been a nightmare. My downstairs neighbor regularly harassed me by calling me names, pounding on my floor in the middle of the night, and throwing meat on my balcony to my dog. We were having issues with our move in checklist but Benjamin was able to help us that same day. He helped us through the entire process and made sure to explain the things we didn’t understand.
The apartments like any in the area are ridiculously overpriced for what you get. The area is not great, we have our vehicles broken into and someone attempted to break into our apartment at least once in the year we were there. We had a few of instances of drug users on our stairs which isn’t fun when you’re just trying to go home. Our unit was not remodeled and had old cheaper appliances that had some issues. I’ve been living here for 2 years and just renewed my lease this month for another year. I recently had my car towed by Tierra vista, claiming that I didn’t not have my parking pass up. However they have my license plate on file with the year, make and model aswell… I’m very disappointed as I had to pay about 400 dollars to get my car for the tow company. I will be leaving this place after my lease is up…
The Tierra Vista crew were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to do most of the process from the other side of the country without ever even seeing face. They made things super smooth and easy, really appreciate this team.
