I recently renewed my lease with Tierra Vida for the third year. The day I sent my intentions to renew my lease, I renewed my renter's insurance for the upcoming lease year. I sent the Management office my policy via Email plus, my insurance company sent copies of the policy to all parties on the policy. I emailed a copy of the document to the office as they requested. My insurance company informed me they sent a copy to all parties listed on the new policy.
