Been living here for about 3 months and it’s been very laidback and relax full here. I wanted to give a shoutout to the maintenance guy Zeus . Zeus has helped us out with things around the apartment and has even stopped working on the acs and gave me a helping hand! Again just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Zeus!
I love our maintenance guy, Zeus, he’s always on it the instant I put in a work order! I never have to worry about how long my things are going to get fixed !
My leasewas up on June I never was approached b6 management for renewal so I went to the office and told the lady in there that we were leaving. It's August and according to them I owe over a 1000 in rent, they are almost never in the office and rarely answer the phone bit when I been lucky and the lady answers she tells me gaby the manager will call me and it's been 2 months and nothing.
