the apartments are "ok". the problem is management. we've had a leak in our apartment 3 times already. it's taken them forever to pay any attention to it. they have an emergency maintenance # that no one answers meanwhile you're stuck with a flood over night. when they finally get in touch with you, or you with them-they proceed to take another couple of weeks before actually doing anything about the problem.
Apartment grounds are well maintained. Most tenants are quiet and keep to themselves. Tough luck if you get stuck living next to someone who has their surround sound blasting 24/7. You can hear it all the way on the other side of your apartement, office was no help at all. Not all assigned parking was covered. Street parking is scarce. People hangout on stairwells, have mops, rugs, and shoes outside their doors and hanging on railings.
