Wow! We went for the Easton Restaurant Week menu and it was fantastic! I had the Colombian Ceviche, Cream of Farm Hen Soup, Fish & Shrimp and Tres Leches. Everything was delicious! The restaurant is BYOB, so we had a great pairing with wine that we brought. Our waiter, Nicholas, was really attentive. He along with his mom, Angela, aunt and uncle provided us top-notch service. Went for Easton's resteraunt week to try. The food was incredible, very flavorful and a great variety too. I can't wait to go back for more.. hopefully it shouldn't be too long of a wait to return.
