WORST company I've had to deal with in a LONG time – I really should have read the reviews here before trying to deal with this horrible HORRIBLE office. I went to an open house on Fri for a house that we were extremely interested in renting and scheduled an appointment for my husband to see it on Mon morning. Rude Receptionist – I am currently a client of this company. I can't wait until my lease is over so I won't have to deal with these people. They never take care of the maintenance request. The receptionist is extremely rude. Everytime I call her she has an attitude.
Horrible Customer Service – Do NOT use this company for anything. They have the worst customer service. I called to inquire on a previous tenant they had rented to. The receptionsist spoke to me in a very demeaning manor, said they did not have information on that property any longer and then HUNG UP on me. I called right back to ask what the name of the company was and she said I did not need to know that, and HUNG UP AGAIN! I called back, this time a man answered.
