TIER 1 is an exceptional company. They diagnosed the problem within few minutes and had it repaired and completely finished in about 30 minutes. They were very thorough and did a wonderful job. Also, they made sure I agreed and understood everything. GREAT COMPANY
I had a wonderful experience with Teir1 Garage Doors. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They adjusted my garage door for $99 and did not try to rip me off. I had another local garage door company come out before I contacted Teir1. The technician did not attempt to adjust my garage door. However, he did try to rip me off for $1,700! Teir1 operates with honesty and integrity. Not only did they gain my trust, the gained a new customer!
I needed a repair of the framing around the doors. Tier1 came on time, developed a solid solution and repaired the garage door system at a very reasonable cost
I needed the drive belt on my garage door replaced. Chad arrived at the appointed time, had the correct parts, quickly replaced the belt and connectors, and adjusted it for a correct fit. Very competent service. Thanks, Chad.
