As a remote buyer of a BMW M car, I was looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and thorough BMW centric shop in the Baltimore area to perform a pre-purchase inspection for me. Excellent service! A friend of mine referred me to Tier Car Care, more specifically Tommy after my custom e46 M3 touring wouldn't start one day. Not only did Tommy diagnose the issue but also found some other issues, while providing videos and pictures clearly showing me what I could or should address.
