Been dealing with pretty serious elbow pain and limited range of motion for years. Needed to try PT before surgery. As of right now after an 8 week program with Alec, no elbow issues at all, and unsure if surgery will be needed. Very happy with my results!
I am an mma figher and I had not ran or lifted for years before working with Dr.Tramblay. I had given up on S&C completely to train more which led to more injuries. Since working with Doc the last few months my knee pain, ankle pain, and shoulder pain has gone down. I’m able to do movements I couldn’t imagine doing a few months ago and am much more explosive then before for my sport. He’s also a usmc veteran and kinda cool.
Dr. Alec has helped me make so much progress dealing with LCL and meniscus partial tears. I had no idea where to go with healing or how to better my knee and the pain. Thanks to him he gave me a run down and a couple of tests to see where I was at and gave me my own program and set of exercises to help with mobility and rebuilding and just 2 months in I’ve seen a huge difference in mobility and flexibility from when I started! I would 100% recommend Dr. Alec if you are dealing with any type of injury!
Alec is the best, very dedicated to his craft! I appreciate all the work he does and will always recommend him!
