A Mexican supermarket that is a longtime fixture in Irvington, Lindo Morelos has a pretty extensive selection of canned goods, frozen items, fresh meats, fresh fruit and vegetables, spices and home and kitchen supplies. Theoretically, they also have some nice tamales, elotes and other items but they didn't seem to be making anything when I was there.
