My husband and I went to El Paisano in Carbondale last night. We have been there before but it was a few years ago. The food was good before but last night the food was delicious. Huge servings, very good waitress and fun atmosphere. They were very busy but service was prompt. Seems like many others have “rediscovered “ this restaurant. We will definitely eat there again.

I hadn't been here in over 3yrs due to family emergencies. The food was fantastic, drinks were great and the waitress was very engaging. She was awesome!
