I had an 11am appointment and wasn't taken to the back to be "prepped" for the doctor until 12:30pm. Once I finally did see Dr. Christina Holtz she was in there for 5 minutes, wrote a quick prescription (didn't even tell me what it was for) and was gone. When I tried to fill the prescription the pharmacy they had questions and called the Dr's office for the rest of the afternoon with no response. It wasn't until I called myself THE NEXT DAY and had to wait on hold for 10 minutes to speak with a nurse that the issue was final... read more
