Recommendedour family has been with Tienna for years for a variety of issue. Always exceptional care AMD even last minute walk in to Gerry care. I strongly recommend them to family, friends and even strangers
I have have been a patient of Dr.Freeman for many years and on this visit he was not in so I saw a new Doctor. Dr.Cook who was very nice and very to the point. The Doc said "Come back in 2 days so we can recheck your blood pressure. It's a quick in and out and it's not charge for this follow up visit." Upon my return I am told somthing completely different. I am advised I will be charged for a full visit at full cost just to check blood pressure and I may need different meds. I dont like being lied to especially by medical s... read more

As long as I see P.A. Michael Sullivan or Dr. Freeman I am never disappointed. I have been seeing Michael since he came to Tiena health and will continue. He listens to all you have to say and he cares about you as if you are his only patient. Sometimes there is a little longer wait, but it is worth the time to find out your correct diagnosis and the right medicine to take. The office staff and his nurse Kisha are all great, caring people. The best all the way around in my book!
I had a bad experience with them. Something went wrong in their billing department. They didn't send my bill to my insurance, not did they send it to me. I found out about their oversight when talking to my insurance company (I referred to the Tiena appointment, but the insurance company had no record of the visit). By that point, the bill was nearly 8 months delinquent. I was and am disappointed that Tiena never contacted me to let me know. I love this place. Dr. Freeman is a great guy who really listens to you and genuinely cares. I live in flower mound but I drive to irving because of how wonderful everyone there is to me.
