We had the worst experience with Claire Land. We got into escrow by making an offer to a house but we backed out because of the poor inspection report. While arranging for the refund of about $20,000 we deposited into the escrow account, our agent told us we must provide our address for them to mail the check or provide the wiring instruction along with a permission for them to deduct the $35 wiring fee. I just refinanced with my other house and was able to provide the escrow company routing and account numbers for them t... read more
