I had applied for a tiny little cottage just for me and my boyfriend. We have been looking for a place to settle down together on our own. We saw the place and thought it was perfect. The rental management side of this business is beyond terrible. The lack of professionalism of Karen Baird is astounding. I cannot tell if it was laziness or just inability to follow simple trains of thought. Reasons she refused to consider an applicant: 1- The employer reached out to assist with employee relocation (not the tenant) and the application came in via email. 2- The deposit for background check was dropped off by someone else because the company only accepts the payment in person, the applicant wasn't going to dr... read more
