I'm really glad I hired TIE to trim my six large trees. The men who came to do the job were polite, courteous, and respectful of my wife and I as well as our property. They showed up when promised, worked continuously, and finished the job promptly despite setbacks from the weather. They cleaned up all debris and limbs completely and my trees look great. I will definitely hire TIE again when I have tree work that needs done.

TIE Tree Service cut down and removed a VERY large tree near our house and driveway. They did an AMAZING job! The guy in the bucket lift is very skilled! They cut down the tree, hauled it all away (numerous trips), and cleaned everything up in a couple of hours! They were super nice and great to work with. We very highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree service.

I gave them a 1 star because 0 was not an option. TIE came immediately and gave an estimate. We agreed to the estimate and signed an agreement to have the work done. They 'never' showed up. We waited for quite some time (gave them ample time to do the job) and the office informed us that they were out of state helping with hurricane clean up. We had TIE Tree Service heavily trim some big trees in our yard. They were on time to look at the job and make a quote, the first time we called. The three guys who came were really great. Hard workers, careful and wanted to please us. They did everything we asked of them and asked our advice a time or two as well. They brought all the equipment needed for the job and got right to work. They were careful not to put ruts in the yard. They picked up all the debris. We had a tree to be crowned and an appointment was made with their office. They did not show up. The office call to make another appointment and said they would show up this time and again it was a no show after waiting all day for the second time. The office has never called again. This is no way to do business. Very disappointed in their service.
