I'm sorry for the mistake in the paper work , but you were never argued with. We had a conversation on the phone like two adults should. I found the mistake fixed it, and also apologized for the misunderstanding. The only reason it seemed like harassing phone calls is because no one would contact us back for up to 3 weeks. We could have solved this all with one phone call to the shop. I do apologize for the the whole misunderstanding.
