Tidymax provided a top notch service at our new home in Virginia Beach. We had our carpets, tile and dryer vents cleaned. Their technicians were on time professional and courteous. Glad to have come across such a great service provider. Will be using them for our annual cleaning for our home in office.
Please just mail my refund. No, I don't want a credit or another "cleaning" Absolutely the worst carpet cleaning I've had. The carpet is still dirty. Minor stains still there. I pointed out a stain during the inspection and was told they tried their hardest to get it out. I scratched it with my nail and it came out.....Hmmmm??? Then the "carpet cleaner" went back and sprayed it and it started to come out more. Still left with all the other stains in every room. I have a toddler so it's just minor spills.
