Argumentative and unprofessional. Also, they have no idea what clean actually means. They use harsh chemicals to try and make the house smell clean versus actually doing the hard work. We had Tidy Up from 2021 to 2023. Even after giving them more money (unprompted) they were unable to truly provide a good clean beyond the first couple of visits. All I can say is be sure to require a contract before they step foot inside your home and consider taking pictures of your home between cleanings. Better yet, find different cleaners.
the company is not the same, I think they sold it. The team is not the same service is very poor. I used them several times in the past and cleaning was okay. Last time we used them in 2022 it was awful. The team didn’t pick things up didn’t dust and spoke to each other most of the time and laughed. If I could give them a minus zero I would. Don’t be fooled by the paid reviews. Save your money.
