Ok staff , but the wait is ridiculous. If u set appointment you still end up waiting 1-3 hrs especially if they have walk ins. There highly over scheduled, they’ll say appointments r priority and walk ins r stand by but THAT’S ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE. They have only 1 dr n 1 nurse usually in the back. A 10 min visit usually takes this clinic 30 min in a room or longer depending . The dr is very nice and friendly but APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE JUST NOT WORTH THE WAIT .
She truly deserves a five-star rating for the amazing care she consistently provides to the kids with her team in this office.
Place might not look the best, but Dr. Ahmed is amazing. I love the way she spoke to my son. He is 5 and usually shy around new people, but she got him to answer her questions
They are dirty. Boring looking no excitement. Outdated equipment and very bare minimum on Texas guidelines for business operation. Ew!
