They did an awesome job getting my fusion fixed and back to me quickly.
I have used this collision center on two occasions and both times my automobile looked brand new after the work was completed. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received. Scott Daniel, particularly, was informative, attentive and concerned about my situation and made sure my work was right and done in a timely manner. I can trust him. I am hopeful that I do not have to visit a collision center again but if I do I will definitely return to Tidwell. Thank you!
It only took a week to get my car back service was amazing people were polite and I got a complimentary shine job. My car looked amazing!
I felt like i was begging for a good service.What sucks is I didn't get it. Not sure what the customer service standard is at Jim Tidwell Ford. It should be reviewed
